To Set the Priority of the Markup

In the Markups dialog list box, select the markup whose status you want to change.
In the Priority column, click the current entry.
An option menu appears with the choices of Low, Normal, High.
Change the priority to the desired choice.

Note: You can change the Priority setting either in the Markups dialog or the Create Markup tool settings window.
